SollCon Group is an owner-operated Arizona general contractor led by Alex Sollenberger. With a bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Alex brings broad construction experience, including direct on-site supervision of more than 700 multifamily housing units from development through project completion.
Alex's background includes budgeting, scheduling, subcontractor coordination, quality control, inspections, utility and AHJ coordination, and project closeout. SollCon applies that experience through direct involvement, clear communication, and disciplined project management.
